There are a lot of agencies out there that suggest that you make a sound Emergency Communication plan for your family in case disaster strikes but unbelievably, a lot of them don’t tell you how to actually do this, and the ones that do are woefully inadequate. Ready.gov at least gives some information by suggesting that you use the acronym COMMUNICATE:

I was in a diff site where diff types of communications was mentioned.in which it reminded me of a movie called code talker.in which it's a great movie. Code talker is aboiut some navaho sholders would send coded messages over the radio.untill the message got back to the decoding room.where it'd get decoded.handed over someone. That someone would take it to who ever.in the end.who ever sent the coded message to begin with.got the help they needed.
