Yes the drought is sooo severe world wide. With severe drought/lack of snow/rain also comes the extreme opposites of snow/rain in other areas. People tend to call out the global warmest due to the extreme winters but in fact the heat issue triggers the cold issues also. Aquifers are at extreme lows world wide. Those are vital.

i for one dont want a shtf situation to happen.and just like others.i believe its gonna happen no matter what as well.it's just a matter of when and how..and i have a feeling it'll be sooner then later..and the reasons for that,is this,1st off.look at california's situation.drought for the 4th or 5th year in a row.and they have less then 1 year supply of water left.now i ask.where they gonna go when it runs out?at least a large percentage will head east,to the other lower 48 states.and i believe this will create a nation wide food shortage.and i dont think the power grids will be able to handle the sudden change.then there's isis.im sure they'll have a feild day with this.
